Next generation console strategies

I think it's safe to say we have the makings for a fantastic next generation console war. Not that it has to be a war 'cause only gamers win when the competition is this good.

So whose console strategy do you like most and why?

Sony: Remain market leader

Nintendo: Expand gaming market

Microsoft: Become market leader
