Intel's internal Apple group

eWeek is reporting that Intel has formed an internal Apple group, and though details are very sparse, it seems that the group is comprised mainly of engineers and sales staff (Intel representative Tom Beerman told eWeek that details on the group are confidential). It's certainly no surprise that Apple would have a small staff at Intel. No, it's actually just another step towards the (hopefully) lower cost Mactels we should begin to see in a couple of months.
