Takara Noh Sapiens…for humans this time

Our friends at Takara have announced the Noh-Sapiens learning and memorization device — "noh" meaning "brain" in electronic dictionary happy Japan. Oh, and that "sapien" bit is rather important too since Takara is best known 'round these parts for their
Bowlingual dog translator. This AA device features a headphone jack and, according to Takara, the "revolutionary" Anki Engine AI software which adjusts the English (only initially) lessons automatically allowing users to "memorize vocabulary over 4 times faster than before."
On sale in Japan-only starting December 9 at ¥26,250/$225 for the main unit and an addition ¥6,195/$53 for the software cartridge.
