F.E.A.R. SDK and standalone server released

Vivendi Universal have released the software development kit (SDK) for F.E.A.R. as well as making available standalone server software for Windows and Linux. Both decisions are a good idea because — we hate to say it —
F.E.A.R.'s multiplayer was a disappointment.
Maybe now we'll get a decent squad based multiplayer mod and some decent servers to play it on. Pretty please?
