Half Off Office Software with a New Mac

Apple is giving us the load-em-up savings: half-off on MS Office when you purchase a new Mac. In the fine print they note that:

"You can also get the same 50% savings when you buy Microsoft Word 2004 for Mac, Microsoft Excel 2004 for Mac, and Microsoft PowerPoint 2004 individually from selected retailers."

I'm not sure if this means you can get half-off when you purchase Office software without a Mac, but it sure seems that way. In any case, I use Open Office, but this is a great deal for those holiday switchers.
