LG can project through a human...

...if this picture is to believed anyway. Akihabara News dropped the scoop on LG's newest projector
now available in Korea. It's a sleek-looking machine, but eerily reminds me of an XL-sized "HAL 9000" from "2001: A Space Odyssey". Add the fact that the pic appears to project in perfect resolution right through the gentleman in the pic and it gets really weird.

The projector is 720p capable with a 1280 x 768 resolution display and features a 2500:1 contrast ratio. No word on the brightness, but we'll be checking the guy in front of it for sunburn; that ought to give us a rough idea of the lamp output. 30-SPF anyone?
