Mechanical Death Spider ad for Ratchet Deadlocked

Sony Europe have resurrected "the cheesy Saturday morning cartoon commercial style" to promote the game Ratchet Deadlocked. The amusing spot feels like a retro video game commercial, complete with really bad dubbing and infomercial hype. Did you know that "the mechanical death spider can neutralize a dog in under 30 seconds, and has been proven to be educational and good for the reflexes?" asks the ad. It's true.

The game being promoted is Ratchet Deadlocked for the PlayStation 2. So far, the game has earned average scores of 84% according to GameRankings.
