GameStop CEO returns to 7-Eleven

President of GameStop Joe DePinto, once the Vice President of Operations for 7-Eleven, has once again joined 7-Eleven as President and Chief Executive Officer. DePinto had only assumed the role of GameStop President since March of 2005 – not a long tenure, but he came at a pivotal time when GameStop was merging/acquiring competing game retailer EB Games.

COO Daniel DeMatteo and CEO/Chairman R. Richard Fontaine will share DePinto's former responsibilities until a successor is found.
