Siemens coming with a slim SLV140?

Slashphone is grinding a new cellphone out of their rumor mill today with a new slim Siemens SLV140 (er,
SLVR anyone?). The phone was supposedly on display at SITEX in Singapore last week, and if real, is said to go tri-band GSM with UMTS and sport a fat 2 megapixel shooter in a thin clamshell design. And in true-Motoness, Siemens appears to sport the same RAZR-like chemically etched eletro-luminscent keypad. However, unlike the RAZR, the SLV140 is said to feature MicroSD expansion.
We don't have any deets on the dimensions but that looks like a ton-o-phone packed 'round the 2.2-inch, 240 x 320 pixel display!
