DROD gets a makeover

Sometimes it's all about the gameplay. An old favourite,
DROD (Deadly Rooms Of Death) is an adventure/puzzle game dating from 1997 in which you play an adventurer who has to clear all the nasties out of a series of tricky dungeon rooms. Despite its low-key graphics, it's still as addictive today as it was eight years ago.

Fortunately for those of you who like a little eye-candy with your brainteasers, a new remastered version of DROD:
King Dugan's Dungeon has just been released, allowing you to experience the original DROD game in full Technicolor glory. It may not be a next-generation 3D high-definition masterpiece, but it's definitely worth a look.
