Kodak EasyShare C530

While other digicam-makers are abandoning the low-end in favor of DSLRs, it looks like Kodak is embracing the lowest end of the market. The company's EasyShare C530 (also known as th C315 and CD50) may have a 5-megapixel CCD, but that's about its only redeeming feature. Not only does the camera eschew optical zoom in favor of a 5x digital zoom, but it only has a 1.5 inch LCD and can only handle QVGA video at 20 fps.
Come on Kodak; you've shown that you can still innovate with gear like the
EasyShare One, and that you can handle the high-end with your professional-quality CCDs. Why insult consumers with me-too cheapo cams like this one?
