Shopping for a PDP? Go to Best Buy for 50" and Circuit City for 42"

Everybody has their gripes about national electronic chains but if you can move past those, you will see they do offer a great variety. According to Current Analysis, Best Buy has the biggest selection of 50-inch plasmas with 11 models. In addition to the biggest selection, they had the best price in that size range too. This study found that the big blue was selling those 50-inch plasmas 1.16% below the average selling price.

However, if 50-inches is too big for your room, you may want to go across the street to Circuit City. They had the biggest assortment of 42-inch plasmas.
