id wants to make a Wolfenstein movie

The Doom movie, for all intents and purposes,
bombed. That is not stopping id Software, however, from bringing Wolfenstein to the silver screen.

Speaking to TwitchGuru, id's CEO Todd Hollenshead has stated that they will "try to get Wolfenstein made into a movie." Hollenshead is taking this move very seriously, even going so far so look for a Hollywood script writer to aid "with the story and dialogue on the [next-generation Wolfenstein title]," potentially making the jump from game to film a lot smoother. Let's hope they learned a few lessons from their previous efforts.
