Konami Europe's decided to ride the wave of the free-roaming urban gangsta fantasy adventure.
And rather shamelessly at that. Sure, it's far from the only game to exploit "urban culture and the Hip Hop lifestyle" (from the press release), but to do it without any sign of competence, care, or even humor, that's just, well, see for yourself:

    "horrendous"

  • IGN (39/100) – "boring and repetitive"

    "worthless"
