Poll results: on-line HDTV purchases

Wow, a good 68% of poll participants would purchase something as large and as costly as an HDTV set on-line. If we ran this poll a few years back, I imagine that the results would have been a little different; in fact, I think it would be the exact opposite. Either way, we saw some good reader comments
indicating that they saved hundreds of dollars or more on their HDTV
set by purchasing on-line. It's definitely something to consider if you're in the market.
