Loudeye kills off "content protection" arm

Well, apparently spamming P2P sites just ain't the get rich quick scheme we all thought it to be, because
Loudeye is shutting down their Overpeer unit, purveyor of fine spamalicious products, which they purchased two years ago. These days Loudeye is doing the legal music download thang with the likes of Panasonic and
Nokia, but won't we all remember those heady days of mystery meat downloadin'?
