Full Auto demo heading to the Xbox Live Marketplace

While we're on the topic of
destructive driving games, Full Auto producer
Cord
Smith
decided to let us know that a demo download of the game has already been submitted to Microsoft, and the
final code should be ready for full certification by Christmas.

The Pseudo Interactive game everyone compares to Burnout—except with guns!—should hopefully be ready for a February debut, and this demo oughtta whet people's appetites for some rowdy racing (i.e., your car won't handle like a
"pregnant cow") by the start of spring.

We here at Joystiq applaud this excellent use of Live's Marketplace for demo downloads of delayed games (anyone else interested in a trial of Oblivion?). They may not be the full retail versions—yet—but they're a start. For some well-done video advertisements from the publisher, check out the Sega Labs site opened for the game recently.
It's good, campy fun.

[Thanks, Mike McLin]
