November NPD sales look good for DS

Another day, another post describing how the DS is outselling everything ever. It seems that Nintendo's prolific portable is still steamrolling its way into homes all across the US, spreading the infectious joy that is touching. The latest NPD sales figures are in and show the handheld trumping not only the PSP but a certain sleek next-gen console. Of course, an unfair advantage lies in the fact that the DS can actually be found on store shelves this holiday season (and at a much lower price to boot).

November hardware sales (number of units):

GBA = 819,733

PS2 = 535,000

NDS = 369,012

PSP = 353,434

Xbox 360 = 325,902

NGC = 272,000 (unconfirmed)

Xbox = 197,000 (unconfirmed)
