IGN 2005 awards round-up

'Tis the season for presents, turkey, trees, and an unusually high number of "Best of" lists. IGN places their picks for the best games of the year per platform with the best overall game still pending. They are as follows:

  • PS2 – God of War
  • Xbox – Jade Empire
  • 360 – Call of Duty 2
  • PC – Civilization IV
  • GameCube – Resident Evil 4
  • GBA – Wario Ware Twisted!
  • DS – Mario Kart DS
  • PSP – Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories
  • Wireless – Skipping Stone
