Indiana wants its own violent games law

Not wanting to be left behind, two separate State Senators from Indiana have announced their intentions to introduce legislation in the 2006 session barring the sale of violent video games to minors.

Similar laws have been ruled unconstitutional in both Michigan and Illinois and California's recent attempt, intended to become effective on January 1st, was recently placed under injunction by a federal judge for the same reason. With Hillary Clinton's "Family Entertainment Protection Act" recently filed the scale of the political attack is massive. Will First Amendment rights continue to prevail as more politicians seek the attention the media lavishes on their cause?
