Rumor control: PS3 delayed

When speculation gets hot, it's not uncommon to see it spread around the intarweb like a wildfire. Case and point: gamers wouldn't end up seeing the PlayStation 3 until sometime in 2007.

Should you panic just yet? Of course not. GameSHOUT got the skinny on the gossip, and Sony has assured them that the PS3 is on track for a May '06 release. Putting all of our minds at ease (if you believed it),
they say that those reports were nothing more than myths.
