CES 06 brings a bit of PS3 news

The International Consumer Electronics Show this year gave us a little bit of information regarding Sony's upcoming next-gen gaming platform. While the news itself isn't much, Sony said they have taken the steps to ship 4,000 PlayStation 3 development kits to the fellows that make it happen. The word came from their press conference, so at least we know game producers have something to toil on, right?
