New Valuestar and LaVie desktop and laptops from NEC

NEC is updating their Valuestar desktop and LaVie notebook lines over in Japan, far away from the chaos that is CES. The Valuestar G Type C runs a 3GHz Celeron, a measly 256MB of RAM, and a 80GB HDD, though oddly enough the PC is water-cooled — with those kind of specs we don't think this thing would overheat in the Sahara. Their LaVie G Type J
and C notebooks are rather low-endian as well, with 1.2 and 1.73GHz processors respectively, 256MB of RAM each, and XGA
displays (12-inch and 15-inch). The Type C line does have an optional external TV tuner, and the the lapsters and desktop have some decent looks, but let's get some more specs in here NEC.
