4,000 PS3 development kits distributed globally

As expected, Sony's keynote at CES was a disappointment for new PlayStation 3 information. However, there was one little nugget that we missed: Sir Howard Stringer revealed that the company has shipped around 4,000 PlayStation 3 development kits to date. Not a particularly revealing piece of news,
but it's news none the less.
