Final Fantasy XI to debut in North America on April 18

Square Enix has announced that Final Fantasy XI will makes its Xbox 360 debut on April 18 in North America, followed by a dual-release in Japan & Europe on April 20. The release of the Treasures of Aht Urhgan expansion for the PC will coincide with this launch. FFXI on the 360 features all three expansion packs to date (including
Treasures) and requires a HDD and XBL account. Square Enix has not stated when the beta test will conclude and whether or nor beta testers can transplant their characters into the retail version.
