Konami announces DDR SuperNOVA details [Update]

Forget games that purportedly teach kids violence, this is a game that can actually kill you. Konami's latest weapon: Dance Dance Revolution SuperNOVA, is set to hit arcades this Spring – US, Europe, and Japan.

Konami promises over 300 songs, a battle mode similar to DDR Disney Rave, and new 10 foot difficulty challenges, including a Fascination MAXX mode (this is the part that might kill you, as the BPM starts somewhere close to 400).

Trust us: put SuperNOVA in grade school gyms, and there will never be another story like this again.
