The first 24 hour HD news network: Al-Jazeera?

Evidently Al-Jazeera International is gearing up; they're building an infrastructure and hiring people in preparation for their upcoming international release. Like anyone who is releasing a new network these days, they're building for the future which means HD. Rumor has it that their studios, as well as most of their other equipment will be HD ready. They haven't made an official announcement yet and no word on who will carry the channel.
