Ubisoft nabs Shaun White for snowboarding game

Imagine: you are a 19 year-old snowboarder with 6 gold medals from the X Games under belt, you have just won the gold medal for Men's Halfpipe in the 2006 Winter Olympics in Torino–what do you do next? Shaun "The Flying Tomato" White, having just won that gold medal, has signed an exclusive deal with Ubisoft to create a snowboarding game based around him. Ubisoft has promised a larger focus on the half-pipe aspect of snowboarding to better reflect White's predilection to tricks.

Expect the first Shaun White snowboarding game to be released in 2007 for now-current (PS2, GCN, Xbox) and then-current (PS3, Revolution, 360) consoles.
