I don't care about the rumors

Here's one of my dirty little secrets that as an Apple blogger I shouldn't reveal: I don't care about Apple rumors. Shocking, I know.

Sure, I cover them from time to time here on TUAW but I don't read ThinkSecret or MacOSRumors and I am not working on creating a network of highly placed moles in Cupertino so that all of Apple's secrets will be known to me.

Part of the fun of following Apple is that you never know what they are going to do next (though you can generally figure it out if you are paying attention).  I like to be surprised by their announcements, and I for one hope that we are all wrong about whatever it is Apple will be revealing on Tuesday.

Am I the only Mac geek out there that feels this way?
