Dell 360: intuitive design or PC rip-off?

One of our readers sent in a very noteworthy comparison that draws attention to the flagrant likeness between the Xbox 360 and the older Dell GX220.
While it's sort of skittish to point fingers at form factors like this, it's still interesting all the same to see how similar they appear. Is the 360 a Dell rip-off? Maybe not: even Dell had to have inspirations for that design from somewhere (as if the tower design was unique anyway).

Are there any other readers out there who have spotted some design parallels?
