IGA and Exit band on mobile game ads

We wouldn't be surprised if the remnants of Tiger Telematics Smart Adds division opened up a can of lawsuit on IGA Worldwide and Exit Games, but we're a little less skeptical about how they want to integrate mobile ads. In Exit's new title Neutron, IGA's Radial Network ad service will shoot out geo-targeted advertisements, so, as they point out, players in New York aren't hit with ads relevant only to people in Florida. Of course, when you're talking about serving up lots of in-game ads we'd really prefer to get the game for free (or on the cheap) but we've got a feeling that's a whole other issue entirely.
