HTC Star Trek on sale in Asia as Dopod S300
Well, hello there sonny. The HTC Star Trek just went on sale in HTC's home country of Taiwan as the Dopod S300. Remember, this is that quad-band GSM / EDGE Windows Mobile 5.0 smartphone which pocketinfo.nl called the "fastest Windows Mobile power device" they had ever seen. So just to put you out of your misery (or perhaps, be the cause of it), the Star Trek has, uh, landed for NT$13,900 or about $428 US dollars. We're still expecting these to go on sale in Europe any day now with the US, hopefully, soon thereafter.
