TiVo Desktop for Mac version 1.9.3

A few days ago TiVo updated their Mac version of TiVo Desktop to 1.9.3. What wonders does this point release hold? Well, if you aren't using an Intel Mac there isn't much to get excited about.
That's right folks, this update makes TiVo Desktop a Universal app, but doesn't add anything else (though it is nice to see it as a Universal app).

The requirements to run it are:

  • A networked TiVo Series2 DVR
  • iTunes 3.0.1 or later required for music; iPhotos 5 or later required for photos
  • 400MHz G3 processor or better recommended
  • 256MB RAM or more recommended
