Skype for Mac 1.4.0.49

Skype is Universal now, and this time they mean it. Skype for Mac 1.4.0.49 brings along web presence and an additional Chinese localization, as well as Universal Binary goodness.

I am pretty sure that this one actually works, unlike Skype's previous attempt to release a Universal Binary (hey, developing software is tough, so cut them a little slack).
