T-Mobile launches Samsung T319

In addition to those new colored PEBLs, T-Mobile has also just launched the Samsung T319 cellphone, a less capable version of the T309 with a speakerphone that's been moved to the outside of the case (so you can use it when closed), a new two-tone blue color scheme, and a loss of standby and video capture. Other specs include a VGA camera with 4x digital zoom, external caller ID, and domestic tri-band support. Price is just $40 with a contract (no surprise there).
