Spanish development team signs up for Wii devkit
One of our Spanish readers recently sent us a story about a Spanish development team trying to get their hands on a Wii development kit to start making a game. Well, turns out they have begun working on a project, specifically a futuristic racing game. The team, called SBTeam, is supposedly looking to past titles such as Wipeout, F-Zero, and Xtreme-G for inspiration, while attempting to incorporate a lot of online features to create a more robust gaming experience.

There is also an interview with the team where they talk about their goals for the game, how the idea arose, and their opinions on the state of gaming in Spain. All of the links are in Spanish, so you might want to try a translator.
