This involves ripping the DVD's onto the Mac mini's hard drive, a review of different video formats, and finally how to convert those DVD's for Quicktime playback.
The How To seems to have been written before the advent of Front Row, but Front Row and the Apple remote just makes this idea all the sweeter (just remember to store your ripped DVD's in your 'Movies' folder.
