SiteCrawler is the best application for downloading entire websites that I have ever used and I've used a few. It is straightforward and easy to use, but also incorporates advanced features such as automatically zipping whatever website you download. It also rewrites the links in the pages that you have downloaded to reference the local copy, so you can browse the site right from your disk.

All of this for $20? Seems like a steal to me.
