TUAW goes mobile

Are you hungry for TUAW on the go? Do you curse the skies when you try to look at TUAW with your WAP enabled phone only to discover that you have to download the regular old site?

Friends, rejoice for mobile TUAW is now live. That's right, thanks to our tremendous developer elves, TUAW is able to detect if you are trying to browse us using certain mobile devices and offers up a slimmed down version. How cool is that?

Pocket IE, Blazer, and all Blackberries are known to work, while there is a little wonkiness with some other mobile browsers. Let's just hope it works with the mythical iPhone.

Update: Some people have asked for a URL to point their mobile devices to when our ultra-cool auto-detect doesn't, well, auto-detect. Ask and ye shall receive. Point your mobile browsers to http://m.tuaw.com/.
