The top five comfort games

New Gamer has compiled a list of five comfort games like comfort foods before them. The list, in terms of familiarity, simplicity, and/or pleasant association during times of distress, is as follows:

  1. Burnout 3 (PS2, Xbox)
  2. Guitar Hero (PS2)
  3. Mega Man 2 (NES)
  4. Samba de Amigo (DC)
  5. Zoo Keeper (DS)

What games do you return to when the life glass is half empty? Electoplankton always seems to do a good job at calming my fluttered self, but then again, that's not really a game.
