Breakfast Topic: Change of Plans?

With a lot of the World of Warcraft community anticipating a Burning Crusade launch sometime in November or early December, people were making plans with the expansion in mind. Maybe you stopped grinding faction, started attending less raids or began the long money grind for a flying mount. Now that we know that the expansion is probably at least 3 months away, and not right around the corner, does that change your gameplan?

I know a friend or two who claim they are going to take a break until January. And some people in my guild who haven't gone on a raid in a month or two suddenly showed up tonight looking for a spot in our AQ40 run. Coincidence? Maybe. But maybe not. I personally have started leveling another alt on a PvP server for the heck of it, simply because I know the expansion is not imminent, and I need a little something to do. I also pre ordered Gears of War, as I will have some unanticipated free time come this November.

The question is...does the delay of the expansion change the "why bother raiding when we can get better stuff in the Outlands?" attitude, or is it just dragging this awkward period out for another couple of months? Have you changed your WOW gameplan since the announcement yesterday? And if you did change plans, or even if you didn't, how are you going to pass the time until January?
