Forum Post of the Day: How to Troll a Forum

The other day I watched the U of Michigan and Ohio State game in a bar where I was severely in the minority. When Michigan scored the first touchdown of the game, I smiled, nodded and was pleased with a 7-0 lead. You see, there is no reason to rub something in the face of a bunch of people for no reason whatsoever. Besides, U of M lost, so I would have ultimately gotten laughed at and mocked relentlessly. Sort of like this guy.

He has taken the "I'm quitting" post to new levels. He basically makes a laundry list of things he hates about WoW, why it sucks and why other MMORPGs are better. Um, OK. It is one thing to have these opinions, which I totally respect. But it is another thing to go and post them in the official forums of the game you are unhappy with, as that is trolling. And his trolling was especially successful as I am writing a blog post about it.

Good for that guy! He is the ultimate troll!
