Micro Center extends Xbox 360 rebate thru holidays
Micro Center has extended the length of its $100 Xbox 360 mail-in rebate. Through December 31, an in-store* purchase of either the Xbox 360 Premium or Core console will come with the rebate offer.
Micro Center recently expanded its console gaming department and is using the rebate to lure sales away from its competitors. With a sizeable number of Xbox 360s in stock this holiday, Micro Center has conveniently declared Xbox 360 models to be "the premier game console gifts this season." Marketing spin? Definitely. But this is still a darn good deal.
*There are only 19 Micro Center locations in the US.
