HP's Vista-toting a1700 desktop, dv6255, dv6265 notebooks on the way

So far we can only confirm the existence of one of these machines, but thanks to a tip we've got the details on three new machines from HP which we're guessing are timed for a release that coincides with the availability of Windows Vista. First up is the a1700 Pavilion desktop machine which comes with an Athlon 64 X2 3800+ CPU, 1GB of DDR2 RAM, a 250GB SATA Hard Drive, a multi-format LightScribe DVD burner, and the inevitable weakspot: an NVIDIA GeForce 6150 LE. The two new laptops designated as the dv6255ca and dv6265ca are both based around an equivalently weak GPU for their class -- namely an integrated Intel GMA950 chipset -- but they make up for it with generous helpings of RAM and Hard Disk space at 2GB and 160GB respectively. Other specs for the laptops include 1.6 and 1.83GHz Intel Core 2 Duos, 15.4-inch WXGA displays, a built-in 1.3 megapixel webcam, and a/b/g WiFi connectivity. So far the only price we can see is for the dv6255 at CAD$1,399, which is shipping from Best Buy's Canadian store on January 30. That's the date we'd expect the other machines to be announced, since all the machines come with a copy of Vista Home Premium, which ships on what date? You guessed it, January 30.
