More Blu-ray movies dated
One of our big-brother sites, Engadget, sends word that more shiny Blu-ray goodness is headed our way as major studios continue to pump out the hits. Previously announced at CES, several titles are now street dated and off to the top-secret Blu-ray duplication center on Kamino. Here's what to expect:
- Turistas (April 17)
- Chicken Little (March 20)
- Finding Neverland (March 20)
- King Arthur (April 3)
- G.I. Jane (April 3)
- The Pursuit of Happyness (March 27)
Another interesting tidbit is that there now appears to be more Blu-ray releases scheduled in February than there are HD-DVD releases scheduled for all of 2007. I'm all over Finding Neverland when it hits... that film is beautifully shot (and, no, I didn't cry. Not that much anyway.)
[Edit: Spelling of Happiness in "THe Pursuit Happyness" is intentional. Yeah, go figure.]
