iTunes: Free Sunday

I don't watch Lost. It's one of those shows that I've caught bits of here or there but whose story was so big and so involved that I never took the time to catch up. Now iTunes brings a free catchup episode, the Lost Survival Guide, meant to hook potential viewers like myself. Except, I'm not sure I really want to get hooked. My Lost-loving friends are kind of fed up with the series at this point, worried that the story is going nowhere fast. So if you're willing to catch up with a bit over two seasons of backstory, a lot of freaky numbers, "The Others", several islands, and Matt Parkman dying in the pilot, this is probably your best free download for getting started.
