Japanese hardware sales, Feb. 12 - Feb. 18: before the storm edition

The weekly Japanese sales charts have arrived! It's an unremarkable week, notable only for the significant drops experienced by the current chart leaders, the DS Lite and the Wii. The PS3 continues to have a rough time while its portable sibling enjoys a small boost higher up in the charts.
