Redefining 'iPod'
iPods. Small portable media players manufactured by Apple, Inc. Right? Not necessarily. Today, I googled across an entirely new definition, or at least a new acronym, of iPod from the BBC: insecure, pressured, over-taxed and debt-ridden young working people. Have you heard this used in conversation? Even once? Nah, me neither.
Besides giving me a bit of a chuckle (which I needed because I'm so hung over from last night's clock-change), it inspired me to try to create a few Apple-inspired acronyms on my own. Which, as you'll shortly see, are really bad.
OS X. Ostriches savoring xylophones
Mac. (Yeah, yeah. I know you're thinking "Media Access Control". Me too.)
Apple. Amazing pendants puzzling light entertainment
So I'm throwing this open to you, our readers. What amusing ApplcronymsMacronyms[1] can you offer?
