Kutaragi: "You can pry the PlayStation from my cold, dead hands!"
OK, maybe it's not a serious as all that "cold, dead hands" stuff, but it's clear that ousted retired PlayStation chief, Ken Kutaragi, will be a part of the PlayStation world for some time to come. Krazy Kenny K is just down, but he's not out! The main man behind all things PlayStation is working to ensure that his "master plan" gets executed... one way or another.
According to an interview with EE Times, Kutaragi stated that: "As a matter of course, I have the vision of PS4, 5 and 6, which will merge into the network. Now I'm ready to start working with a much wider world."
Wow, for consoles with a minimum 10-year lifecycle, we'll be living with the ramifications of Kenny's "PS3 through PS6" vision until most of us are... dead. Here's to hoping that advances in gene-therapy will keep us all alive long enough to experience Ken's PlayStation end-game. I can't wait. Of course, the SIXAXIS will have destroyed us all by then.
