• Lower than expected concurrency for the day. It could be related to problems that Linden Lab is having with website load-balancing.
• A late announcement for software upgrades on the grid.
• A talk on civil and political rights of users with avatars in virtual worlds with Linden Lab's Robin Harper among others.
• Linden Lab continues to seek feedback on voice, both current and future possible features.
• Announcement that the Support Portal will be down for maintenance in the morning, Saturday 2 February.
